Design and sample development

Both the development of constructions and pattern making are crucial stages in the product development process. They allow for testing and improving the design, functionality, and quality of the product before the first production run. Constructing and creating patterns enable us to see the product in real life, making it easier to make decisions and confirm choices regarding materials and style.

Construction refers to the design and technique of a product or project, which includes:

  • Development of ideas and concepts: initially, ideas and conceptual sketches are created to understand the main elements and functionality of the product or project.
  • Technical design: A construction is developed, taking into account aspects such as materials, dimensions, ergonomics, and functionality. This stage may involve the use of 3D modeling or Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools.
  • Prototype development: creates physical models or samples as prototypes to test and evaluate the functionality, appearance, and quality of the product or project. Prototypes can be at various levels, ranging from simple mock-ups to fully functional models.

Prototype development is a process carried out to create samples of a company's or brand's products, which will be presented to clients, tested, or evaluated.

Material selection: choosing the appropriate materials that match the final product or project to create authentic samples.

Manufacturing process: producing or assembling prototypes using appropriate methods and techniques to ensure precise and high-quality results.
